Service scope

Project scope, deliverables, timelines and pricing should be confirmed in writing before development begins.

Third-party services

App stores, AI APIs, hosting providers, payment gateways and other third-party platforms may have separate fees, policies or approval requirements.

Client responsibility

The client is responsible for providing accurate business information, legal content, credentials when appropriate, and approvals needed for publishing.

Releases

Store approval is controlled by Apple and Google. MATDEV can prepare and submit release assets, but cannot guarantee third-party approval timelines.
